Most of the properties now days have iron drive gates and fencing at some portion of the property. Over time the painting on these fences will fade with exposure to the elements. It is a very slow gradual process which most Owners will never notice. However this fading will exasperate an aging look to their beautiful home.
We suggest you have your fencing painted every 3 to 5 years. If you have you fence company do the painting they can also adjust gates, replace caps and attend to repairs. The difference this will make to your home and property will be significant. This is also a relatively quick and inexpensive way to freshen your home before putting it on the market for sale.
