We worked with Mike from the first time we met with the architect all the way to handing over the keys. The experience was phenomenal. The care, detail, and expertise provided by Mike was excellent. Mike worked with us to help design the house with the architect. His insight was helpful and added to the finished process. During the building phase he has excellent communication and kept us updated on everything. He gave us plenty of time to make decisions and we always knew what was expected of us. This kept the project moving in a timely manner. One of Mike’s biggest assets is in the pre-build phase. He helped us outline a very clear plan for what we could afford on our budget. We were able to see where each dollar was going and make adjustments as needed. This allowed us to make educated decisions on what to add and remove from the project.
We always new where our dollars were going and that was very helpful for us. The quality of the work done withing the house was great. Mike’s subcontractors are respectful and very diligent. Their work is top notch. At the end of the day the project came in exactly on budget and within the time frame we were originally quoted. We could not be happier that we chose to work with Mike.
The overall experience with Mike and his team of professionals was exceptional. Mike worked with us on our plans, the placement of the home on the lot, which was changed, the actual building process and just as important, the follow up after we moved in. Very positive experience. Staff and workers all very professional and courteous. Type of house (Arts & Crafts) was not without challenges, but end result was exactly as envisioned. Meetings and on-site inspections helped throughout the process. Requests and suggestions were quickly addressed and visits were encouraged.
