We lost another great one in April. Kosse Maykus left us.
Kosse has been a friend for decades and been instrumental in the building of hundreds of homes, and the development of many lots in our region.
Kosse was instrumental in our industry’s efforts to keep housing affordable to the families of North Texas. Many of our families live in homes built in communities Kosse developed.
We have had many visits over the years about home building, governmental policies, the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association and, of course, our families. He beamed with pride with our conversation circled back to his family AND to his employees who were growing the company.

Here at Garabedian Properties, we have two homes on the homes stretch to completion in Argyle and we are about to start one in Old Town Roanoke as well as an office building on Oak Street in Roanoke.
