I can’t believe we are almost through February!
I just got back from the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, and I felt like a kid in a candy store – except the candy is sophisticated home tech and the store is the future of home building!
Have you seen the advancements in smart home technology? You can control everything from your phone – lights, thermostat, security, even your coffee maker! And speaking of coffee, have you seen a built-in espresso machine? Our homeowners could start a coffee shop in their kitchen if they wanted to.
But it’s not just the tech that’s got me excited. The fixtures and finishes are on a whole new level. Retracting outlets, faucets with motion sensors, and showers with digital controls that let you pre-set the perfect water temperature. It’s like the bathrooms of the future have arrived.
