Office Manager
Responsibilities - Filing, scanning and archiving data/documents. Light bookkeeping (invoices and purchase orders). Soliciting and processing bids from trades. Processing Sub Contractor Agreements and General Liability Certificates from trades. General office duties and errands. Represent GP at Chamber/Community events. Event management (Charity, Industry & Internal)
Required Skills - Friendly/professional disposition. Comfortable working in a home office environment. Computer skills (Mac & PC), Adobe, Microsoft Office, Mail Chimp, Eventbrite, Self starter with ability to take tasks and run. Attention to detail and protocol is essential. Strong grammar skills also required.
Preferred Skills - Mac Pages, Mac iBook, Mac Keynote, Adobe Suite, Quickbooks/Accounting/Bookkeeping, Purchase Orders, Builder Trend. Homebuilding industry a plus but not required.
Applicant Requirements - Be able to pass a background checks and/or drug tests and be bondable. Reliable transportation. Must be discreet and professional.
Hours - Part Time/Flex Time
