Miles For Dreams - Contract to purchase one of our existing home sites and have Garabedian Properties build your dream home. If one of our existing sites is not compatible with what you are seeking, we can act as your buyer's agent to represent you in securing a site which would qualify for the program.

Option A - For building a home on one of OUR properties are;

$500,000 to $750,000 Custom Home earns 100,000 Miles

$750,001 to $1,000,000 Custom Home earn 250,000 Miles

$1,000,001 or greater Luxury Home earns 500,000 Miles

Option B - For homes built on a property we do NOT own are (We must be buyer’s Realtor in the purchase transaction)

$500,000 to $750,000 Custom Home earns 50,000 Miles

$750,001 to $1,000,000 Custom Home earns 125,000 Miles

$1,000,001 or greater Luxury Home earns 250,000 Miles

Remodel

Miles For Dreams Remodel Program - Contract with Garabedian Properties to complete a remodel or addition project on your home and earn miles.

Minimum contract total of $30,000 will qualify for one mile for every three dollars in the net contract price for the project. Projects include but are not limited to remodels, additions, bathroom updates, kitchen updates, roof replacement and other such projects.

Share The Dream Share The Miles - Refer a friend, neighbor to Garabedian Properties to contract with us for a new home or a remodel or addition and earn a mileage bonus based upon their mileage earnings.

A referal will earn a milage amount equal twenty five percent (25%) of the miles earned by the referred party upon the referred parties completion of all terms and conditions of the program.

General Terms & Conditions - Complete Terms & Conditions Are Available By Links Under The Respective Programs.

Who May Participate - All participants must be 21 years of age or older, legal residents of the United States, in possession of a legal valid AAdvantage® account and be principals of a fully executed contract with Garabedian Properties on an eligible property and have com-pleted this registration form within the dates specified on the registration form. All participants must have the legal and financial capacity (including securing funding) to perform a contract to purchase a home from Garabedian Properties on our approved contract forms.

Realtor Guidelines - Commissions will only be paid to Realtors with a fully executed Buyer’s Representation Agreement that is submitted to Garabedian Properties PRIOR to the execution of this Registration Form. Realtor MUST be identified on the Buyer’s Representation Agreement AND on this Registration Form. Failure to identify the Realtor herein and/or provide a Buyer’s Representation Agreement will PROHIBIT Garabedian Properties from paying any Real Estate Commissions to any agent or outside parties and/or voiding any miles earn-ings under this program. Commissions will be paid based upon our promotional rate schedule (Realtors contact our office for details.)

Mileage Restrictions - The maximum amount of miles any one AAdvantage® account may earn is 500,000 miles from our programs. Maximum of two AAdvantage® accounts per contract. All earned miles will be posted electronically within 90 days of a participant’s com-pletion of all program requirements. All miles are subject to the AAdvantage® programs requirements, terms, mileage expiration, rules, redemption procedures, restrictions, and conditions as stipulated in the AAdvantage® account’s terms and conditions and are under the sole authority of American Airlines® AAdvantage® program. All taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the mileage recipient.

Contract Requirements - Participant/Buyer(s)’s failure to perform all registration and/or contractual obligations will void any and all eligi-bility. These include but not limited to; payment of all amounts due to Garabedian Properties, acceptance of the property upon notice of substantial completion, timely authorization of draw requests, payment of all invoices, change orders & allowance overages, securing all necessary project financing, execution of all closing documents, closing and completion of funding. Contracts that are voided, disputed, canceled, placed in arbitration, fraudulently executed, not funded/executed or Buyer’s failure to perform will be will excluded from this program. Registration is not a contract or a promise to contract to purchase a particular property or build a particular project/home.

General Terms - This program may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions or incentives. Terms and conditions may be modified, discontinued, voided, withdrawn, suspended and/or cancelled at any time without notice. Miles will be distributed while supplies last. No substitutions. No cash value. Only homes purchased, built by and contracted with Garabedian Properties are eligible. Not transferrable to any other party, contract, builder, individual, and/or company. Garabedian Properties has complete and final governance over any and all disputes, discrep-ancies, variances, and/or complaints. Garabedian Properties has no liability if American Airlines® or the AAdvantage® program for any rea-son makes it not possible for miles to be secured. Contract MUST note this promotion in it’s special provisions for participation. American Airlines®, AAdvantage® Program are the trademarks of American Airlines®.
